“ 100/10 the BEST coffee shop in New Albany. The staff is A1 and always on point. I love the coffee but seeing their wonderful staff is truly a highlight of my day every single time. Lobby and seating is always clean. Very nice bathrooms that are always tidy and contrary to the recent review I just read, they do have working, locking doors(they are just heavy doors and need to be pulled closed properly). I would recommend stopping in and trying the blended white Moose or blended turtle. Cheese danish is also super tasty. Best of all, it’s a local business and I want to support that any day over a giant corporation. Love love love my Coffee Crossing. ”
“ This location is so cute and right in the middle of all the great stuff in downtown NA. It’s set back just a little bit from Main Street so you don’t necessarily see it until you’re right on it. There’s only about 4 parking spots in front but there is tons of street parking in the area. The staff is always super friendly. They have great (and fresh!) little desserts as well. The coffee is the best I’ve ever had. Nobody’s coffee even comes close to being as good as Coffee Crossing. ”

“ My choice always would be local businesses specially in coffee and bakery. I'm glad to have coffee crossing in our area. I almost visited all of their locations and very happy to see they are growing and keeping their quality. This location is another great place for relaxing love their historic building and location. Keep in mind they have more parking spaces in the back of the building. ”
